In late 2020 in a creative space, with our hands covered in clay, a friendship began and Cleo Collective was born. Although our company has new beginnings, our collective experience spans decades.
We’re a female-led, full-service, creative agency that establishes brands across Mallorca, and world-wide, catering to companies who look to position themselves in the most enticing, refined, and elevated way possible.
We don’t just create logos; we establish your brand as the foundation to strategically align with your vision and grow your company. Every project is unique and so is our collaborative approach in working with our clients. From the creation of social content and graphic identities to development of bespoke online solutions, we cultivate meaningful connections through our creative works.

Ilona Van Eyseren
Brand + Graphic Design
Hi! I am Ilona. I‘ve loved drawing, painting and art projects for as long as I can remember, so it has always been clear to me that I wanted to be a creative.
I am from Belgium with an advertising and international communication degree. After finishing my studies, I was part of the marketing team for multiple companies in Belgium, Spain and Germany. I love the combination of marketing and design, strategical thinking and creating something beautiful to communicate a message.
Turns out, I also love crystal blue waters, sunshine and palm trees, so I never thought twice about leaving the country of chocolate and fries to eventually settle in Mallorca. (I still really love chocolate, though.)
Ever since moving here, I have been self-employed, and I have had the pleasure to work with clients in many different industries, such as yachting, restaurants and hotels, events and entertainment, charity and environmental organizations, small retailers as well as big fmcg brands.
I not only speak my native language, Dutch, but I’m also fluent in English, Spanish and German, allowing me to communicate with a broad international client base.
If you receive an out of office message, you can probably find me in the sea!
Renée Masson
Brand + Digital
Born and raised in South Africa, I’ve always been free-spirited with a taste for adventure. I spent part of my adolescence living in a game reserve, which has forever made me want to be connected to nature.
Following in my family’s footsteps, not only as creatives, but designers; I went on to study design & photography before taking over the brand direction and photography for a shoe company, as well as working at a couple of design & digital agencies in and around the beautiful mother city, Cape Town.
With over 10 years of working as a designer and creative director, I’ve been involved with countless brands, including the likes of Oakley, Hansgrohe and some well-established wineries. My experience has given me a great sense of art direction and conceptualization in order to work with both boutique startups and recognised brands.
I joined my partner’s agency Okio Studio a fews years before we embarked on our journey. We have been happy to call Mallorca our home for the past 3.5 years. We’ve been lucky enough to have kept close relationships with some of our clients, who work with us remotely.
When I am not at my desk, my time is spent renovating houses, eating vegan food or finding the latest adventure, which has included dirt biking and kiteboarding.
